About Me

I am someone who understands that things happen; life gets chaotic, and that you may not always have it figured out. Part of my role as a counselor is to offer you the space and tools to get through the next moment- one step at a time. My experience has been one that supports students managing stress, academic pressure, first-generation expectations, relationship challenges, and major life changes. I often use a collaborative approach which allows me to work alongside you to support your goals and interests.
